Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders
Orders within India are shipped through our registered domestic courier partners and/or speed post. Orders are dispatched within 0–7 business days of order confirmation, or as per the delivery timeline communicated at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/postal norms.

International Orders
Orders outside India are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post.

International shipping charges are borne by the buyer and are calculated based on destination, package weight, and the courier partner's applicable rates. These charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order, or communicated separately if calculated after order confirmation. Kaarié is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges levied by the destination country — these, if applicable, are also the responsibility of the buyer and are collected directly by the courier company or local customs authority.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
We guarantee that your order will be handed over to the courier company or postal authorities within 0–7 business daysfrom the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Once handed over, delivery timelines are governed by the courier company's or postal authority's own norms, and A9 Lifestyle Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities once the shipment has left our facility.

Delivery Address & Confirmation
All orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. A confirmation of dispatch and delivery will be sent to the email address provided during checkout/registration.
